Fade Street version 12.1

Changes for version 12.1:

- Improved backwards compatibility with GB Studio 3.2.

- Fixed an issue with GBT Player that caused games to crash when using Fade Street and GBT Player in the same project.

- Added a Volume Fade event to fade the master sound volume.

- Added a Quick Load DMG Palettes event. (This is just a more streamlined interface for functionality that was already part of the DMG Fade event.)

- Reorganised plugin files to make it easier for other plugin developers to create plugins that are compatible with Fade Street.

- Slightly improved how out-of-gamut colours are handled.

- Made some minor adjustments to the demo project.
